Carbons Creation provides photography, videography, content creation, editing, printing, and related creative services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payments

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling subject to availability.
Advance payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session.
Carbons Creation reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, illness, equipment failure, or emergencies.

4. Delivery of Photos and Videos

Delivery timelines will be communicated during booking.
Final edited photographs and videos will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.
Raw/unedited files are not provided unless specifically included in the package.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs, videos, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Carbons Creation.
Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered content.
Commercial use, resale, modification, or redistribution of content requires written permission from Carbons Creation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding schedules, locations, and requirements.
Necessary permissions for shooting locations must be obtained by the client unless agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure high-quality service, Carbons Creation shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.

8. Website Usage

Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in unlawful activities.
We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through this website will be used solely for providing services, customer support, and communication.

10. Changes to Terms

Carbons Creation reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Booking advances and reservation fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only if Carbons Creation is unable to provide the agreed service.

Service Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, delivered photographs, videos, presets, and digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged Physical Products

If a printed product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. Eligible replacements will be provided after verification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
